Costume and Costume Accessory Return Policy

Please be careful to order the appropriate size. Unless they have a manufacturer defect, retailers will not accept returns for costumes or costume accessories because of the seasonal nature of the product.

To ensure your satisfaction, you should inspect your costumes and/or costume accessories upon arrival and contact Customer Care within 48 hours if any problems are found. Retailers usually will give credit for defective items only. You will need to return the unused items in their original packaging as items returned without original packaging will not be refunded.
