Adding jr. to a girls name?

I was wondering has anyone out there seen Jr. or II or III added to a girls name? I can't recall ever having known any women that are a jr. Is this sort of thing taboo for girls? I really love my name and think that if I have a girl I would want her to have the same name. Any thoughts???

hmmm....i have never seen a girl's name with a jr. suffix to this age however British royal families use I, II, III etc for girls as well. ie Elizabeth the III
so try II if you love your name so much
