why am i cramping?

im only 6wks preggy and every nopw and then i get these painful cramps in my groin area?..there is no blood or anything just cramps what could be going on ?..is it possible that im misscarrying?

Hi I am also 6 weeks pregnant and experiencing the same pains.  I read somewhere that it is just the uterus expanding and adapting to the changes your body is going through.
